Glad to have you interested in our Band of Brothers. As with the real Marine Corps, we will not accept cheats, liars, morons, or any Joe Shmoe off the street. You must prove that you belong here. Below is a list of rules that are not all encompassing but are the basics that will be followed while earning your virtual Eagle, Globe, and Anchor.

At the bottom is the application that will be filled out so that we can get you on those yellow footprints.

Semper Fi,
Gunny

1. A potential recruit will create an account and post in the Recruiting forum that they would like to join the squad. If they have a sponsor, the sponsor may post a reply here.

2. An e-mail is sent automatically sent to the recruiter once the application is filled out by the applicant and submitted.

3. The recruiter will post the application, in the Leadership Forum under a recruiting sticky, and the leaders will decide from there.

4. The recruiter will then PM the applicant and inform them if they have been accepted.

5. The applicant now has attained recruit status and their name will reflect as such. Limited viewing of the forums will be allowed. Full access, minus leaders forums, will be granted after they have become a Warrior.

6. The recruit will accomplish a training checklist, i.e. how to speak on comms, no trash talking in other servers to give USMC a bad name, their basic responsibilities, etc. As there are many games being played, it will be impossible to have a comprehensive checklist; however, the recruit needs to have an understanding of basic infantry tactics as most play these type of games. The Warrior that is the OIC of that particular section will ensure the recruit gets the training they need for that game.

7. Upon positive feed back from OIC's and the leadership on a recruit, as well as the completion of the checklist, a poll will be posted in the "Warrior Access Only" Recruiting section so that the squad may vote them in or out or remedial training. At this time their forum rights and tag will change if accepted.

8. The Recruiter will also be responsible for ensuring that those Warriors or Recruits who have lapsed for a period of time with no activity are put into their appropriate category. A poll for those that are recruits or 2 year and newer Warriors to place them inactive and have visitor status placed on them, older Warriors will be placed by the leadership with a poll from the Warriors.

9. If dues are not paid the recruiter will recommend to the leadership that rights are changed until dues are fixed. This will alleviate multiple posts of personnel not paying dues. This will relate to use of comms, forums, etc.
